Manufactured using AISI Stainless Steel 304 for hygienic milk storage, corrosion resistance, durability, and long operational life in demanding dairy environments.
Features a fully automatic CIP (Clean-in-Place) system operated through PLC technology (Schneider-EU) for enhanced hygiene, reduced manual labor, and efficient cleaning cycles.
Integrated with a 100% automatic digital Milk Temperature Controller by Emerson-EU and a fully automatic agitator motor with washing assembly by Sirem-France for precise cooling control and uniform milk consistency.
Powered by a 13 HP × 2 cooling machine with ampere consumption ranging from 34–40 A, designed for reliable large-volume milk cooling.
Equipped with an AISI Stainless Steel 304 laser welded Pillow Plate Heat Exchanger evaporator and a condenser made with ACR copper tubes, aluminum fins, and anti-corrosive coating as standard.
