Unitech Air Handling Units are engineered to deliver controlled airflow, stable indoor comfort, and dependable filtration for buildings and industrial spaces. The UKS Series can be configured for Chilled Water AHU, DX Package AHU, and DX Split AHU applications. Each AHU can be customized according to required airflow, static pressure, casing material, filtration grade, coil configuration, fan type, and automation requirements. The units are suitable for indoor or outdoor installation depending on the project requirement

Durable Construction

Built with imported aluminum profiles with thermal break, stainless steel drain pans as standard, stainless steel or powder-coated sandwich panels, vibration isolators, and optional powder-coated cooling coils.

Energy-Efficient Operation

Designed with Plug EC fans, direct-driven operation, Nidec/Danfoss VFDs, lower system pressure losses, and stable performance with reduced maintenance requirements.

Eurovent Certified Filtration

Filtration options are available from G4 to F9 and above, with bag and rigid body filter configurations, pressure sensors in filter sections, and easy sliding access for maintenance.

BMS-Compatible Automation

Unitech AHUs can be supplied with automation and control systems that support BMS integration, centralized monitoring, scheduling, alarm indication, and performance control.

Positive Pressure Control

For industrial halls, clean areas, production rooms, and process spaces, the AHU automation can be configured to maintain positive pressure by controlling fan speed, fresh air intake, return air, exhaust air, and damper positions according to site requirements.

Flexible AHU Configurations

Unitech Air Handling Units are available in Chilled Water, DX Package, and DX Split configurations, allowing each unit to be selected according to the project’s cooling system, installation requirements, and site conditions for commercial buildings, hospitals, industrial facilities, clean areas, and large HVAC applications.
